​Josh Grimm is a renowned personal trainer and health coach based in New York City with a global client roster.  Ten years of experience with training and coaching clients has allowed Grimm to master his coaching technique and his undeniable ability to pair training and nutrition programs with proven success.  Grimm has helped clients achieve superb results in strength, weight management, toning + conditioning, kettle bell function,  corrective rehabilitation, speed, agility, and focus.
