Get started with FITNUT First, our introductory online training program designed to build a strong foundation, teach you the essentials and get you started on the path to losing fat, increasing endurance, and toning muscle.  
Program details: 
  • 6 weeks of programming built on light to moderate resistance training with higher rep counts, HIIT, mobility, and function   
  • Each week will be a build on the previous to push and challenge
  • Equipment used: dumbbells, bodyweight, kettlebells, elastic booty bands

Our muscle mass building program is designed to help you increase strength, build lean muscle mass, and lift bigger!  

Program details:
  • 6 weeks of programming built on moderate to heavy sets of resistance training
  • Each training day will focus on one muscle group with one or two sub-groups depending on the days’ focus
  • Equipment used: dumbbells, barbells, battle ropes, bodyweight
